The Challenger door hinge sash piece is a high security product. It has 3 way adjustment which are done via use of an allen key which allows a huge range of adjustment so you can easily get the door sealing tightly with little effort. The range is tailored to meet the needs of door manufacturers.

Maintenance

All moving parts should be lightly lubricated using a light non-acidic mineral oil (e.g. “3 in 1”) twice per year and the surface cleaned with a soft damp cloth. The product may need to be adjusted and fixings tightened to ensure a satisfactory operation.
