Doorfit Products recently replaced 36 garage doors in a garage block refurbishment programme for a local housing association. The project was to replace the existing doors with pre-finished steel doors and frames, the Garador Horizon being the preferred choice.
A prerequisite set by the client was for the installation to be completed in a short timeframe to help minimise the disruption to the residents, a challenge that Doorfit duly undertook.
In a heroic effort a 2 man team replaced all 36 doors within 2 days, a remarkable effort which included the removal and disposal of the existing doors and frame.
