West Sussex County Council projects use ~200 Protus Fire Doorsets from Doorfit

Protus Fire Doorsets have featured in two major projects across five sites for West Sussex County Council.

The first project encompassed three care homes, Glebelands, The Laurels & Rowans. The homes were part of a refurbishment project that saw Doorfit work alongside building Contractors Cheesmur and designers Chalk Creative. Doorfit supplied over 130 bespoke Protus doorsets with compliant architectural ironmongery.

Doorfit were engaged by Cheesmur on an extremely challenging refurbishment project, with expert joinery advice provided to our production teams from their appointment, into the site measure and through to delivery of the goods which were phased across three locations. The second project covered two specialist children’s care homes, Seaside House and May House, again for West Sussex County Council. Doorfit was engaged by building Contractors Pilbeam Construction and reprised its work with designers Chalk Creative.
