Description
Our Avon espagnolette fasteners suit both contemporary or traditional settings, offering all the benefits of a modern and secure configuration.
Application uses
- Suitable for uPVC and timber windows
Features
- Designed to fit any type of window, including uPVC and timber due to its slim fixing plate. Can be matched with the Avon stays and door handles in the range.
- The handle is cranked forwards to ensure this protrudes far enough from the window for ease of use.
- The product is reversible so will work on both left and right handed windows
- They have a 7mm² x 40mm spindle and can be locked by way of a grub screw.
- Can be used with an espagnolette gearbox & window lock.
- Supplied with matching SS M5 screws.

Finish
- Finished in Aged Bronze
- Aged Bronze is a versatile finish thats equally suited to interiors featuring lighter shades for bold contrast, or darker hues for a more subtle aesthetic. One of our most popular finishes favoured for its dark, matte richness with distinctive warm undertones unlike any other finish in our range.
- Our Aged Bronze products are made using solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The process used to age the metal is what gives it a dark, dramatic appearance, before a durable matt lacquer is applied during the final stages of manufacturing to help protect and preserve its distinctive tones.
Maintenance
We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the lacquer.
An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.
To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our ‘3-in-1 Oil’ . This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
