The Raven RP60si Face Fix Automatic Acoustic Drop Seal is a high-performance, surface-mounted door bottom seal designed to minimise sound transmission, reduce draughts, and create an effective seal beneath timber doors. Featuring an automatic drop mechanism, the seal lowers only when the door is closed and lifts clear of the floor when opened, ensuring smooth operation without dragging or causing unnecessary wear.
Manufactured from robust anodised aluminium with a durable TPE sealing gasket, the RP60si offers long-lasting performance in commercial, residential, healthcare, education and office environments where improved acoustic performance and environmental sealing are required. Automatic Drop Seal Technology
Unlike fixed draught excluders, the Raven RP60si uses a precision spring-loaded mechanism that is activated when the door closes. As the adjusting button contacts the door frame, the seal lowers evenly across the full width of the door, creating a consistent seal against the floor.
When the door is opened, the seal automatically retracts into the aluminium housing, preventing wear on carpets, timber, vinyl and hard flooring while allowing effortless door operation. The self-levelling design helps compensate for minor variations in floor levels to ensure consistent sealing performance.
